For local businesses that keep hearing about AI

Get hours of your week back. Without hiring anyone.

AI can genuinely do the quoting, chasing and writing up you take home at night. Here’s the honest version of what works, and the one thing to sort first.
Video call. Thirty minutes. Plain English, promise.
The realistic bit

What AI could actually do in a business like yours

Not robots. Not replacing anyone. Just the unglamorous jobs that eat your evenings.

The quote that takes all evening

You get home from the job, and the quote still has to be written. AI turns your voice notes and photos from the site into a priced, formatted quote you check and send.
Ten minutes instead of ninety.

The invoices nobody enjoys chasing

It drafts the polite first nudge and the firmer second one, and knows which customers are overdue. You stay in charge of send.

Most firms get paid about a week faster.

The email chain you've been avoiding

Forty messages deep with a supplier, and you just need to know where things stand. AI reads the lot and gives you the position in five lines, with the dates that matter.
Two minutes to caught up, not forty.

The replies that all start from scratch

Booking changes, review responses, “can you just confirm” emails. AI drafts each one in your tone, so you edit instead of type.
Thirty seconds a reply, and it still sounds like you.
If your team is on Microsoft 365, most of this is already sitting inside the tools you pay for. Nothing new to buy. It just needs switching on properly.

"

Before you switch anything on

The bit nobody mentions

AI at work doesn’t get its own login. It borrows your team’s.
That means it can see whatever your staff can see. And in most small businesses, that’s more than anyone intended. The shared drive that’s been open to everyone since 2019. The payroll folder that was never locked down. The old HR file saved in the wrong place a decade ago.
Nothing about that is a crisis today, because no human has the time to go looking. But AI’s whole job is finding things fast. Ask it “what do we pay people?” and if the answer is sitting somewhere it shouldn’t be, it will helpfully fetch it.
AI doesn’t create the problem. It finds the one you already have. So the tidy-up comes first, and it’s not a big job when it’s done deliberately.

No leap required

How we'd start

Three steps, in the only order that’s safe.

Look

We check what your data currently exposes. Who can see what, which folders are wide open, what would surface if AI went looking today. You get the picture in plain English, usually with a couple of surprises.

1

Tidy

We close the gaps that matter. Right people, right folders, nothing dramatic. Most businesses need days of tidying, not months, and everything keeps working while it happens.

2

Switch on, with guardrails

Then AI goes on properly. Set up on your Microsoft 365, pointed at the jobs from this page, with rules about what it can and can't reach. Your team gets shown how to use it on real work, not demos.

3

You can stop after any step and still be better off than when you started.

One job off your plate is usually 4 to 5 hours a week.

Book the call and find out which job it is for you.

Video call with Adam. Thirty minutes. Nothing to install first.

We're on your business park

We're just round the corner. Literally.

We Do Your Group is based at 20 Apex Court, Bradley Stoke, on the same business park as Mrs B’s café, which we’re proud to sponsor. If you’ve seen our name in there over coffee, that’s us. Most of the businesses we look after are within a few miles of that coffee machine. [SECTOR EXAMPLES, e.g. trades, salons, garages, accountants, small manufacturers and charities], typically one to fifty staff, almost all on Microsoft 365, very few with anyone in-house doing IT.
You don’t have to book anything to test us. Walk round, say you came from the café, and ask whatever’s on your mind about AI. The kettle works.

AI set up safely

not just switched on

Small enough to care, big enough to support.

Thirty minutes, and you'll know if this is worth doing

Book a video call with Adam Gillett. Bring one job that eats your time. He’ll tell you honestly whether AI can take it off you, what your data needs first, and what a sensible start looks like for a business your size.
If the honest answer is “not yet, and here’s why”, you’ll get that instead of a pitch.
Or just call. 0117 911 8808, and a human answers.
