Enterprise provides detailed usage analytics, spend controls, and audit logs to help you monitor and manage AI usage and costs effectively across your organisation.
Whichever plan you choose, you are buying controls over the platform. You are not buying controls over your own data.
Neither Team nor Enterprise decides which files your staff are allowed to paste into a chat. Neither one classifies your data, labels what is confidential, or tells you who can currently see the payroll folder. Audit logs will tell you that someone asked Claude about a document. They will not tell you that the document should never have been shareable in the first place.

Not in terms of AI capability. The same models are available on both Claude Team and Claude Enterprise. You get access to more Claude models, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, prompt caching, code execution, and desktop extensions on both plans. Enterprise adds governance, not intelligence. The difference is in admin controls, audit logs, data retention, identity management and compliance features.
